At Label your Life, we take pride in the quality of our personalised name labels. Each order is made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect information provided at the time of ordering.
Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. We’ll be happy to replace any defective products. To process a replacement, we may request a photo of the defect and your order number for verification.
Please note: While we will replace defective items at no additional product cost, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any orders, including for incorrect colour, design, or personalisation choices made by the customer.
